Evolamp Connectable Festoon Harness, 10M or 50M, B22 or E27, IP44

This is the commercial grade festoon harness pubs, markets and event crews use: heavy cable, rubber sealed lampholders and runs that connect end to end up to 100 metres. Choose 10 metres with 20 holders for a garden or a shopfront, or 50 metres with 100 holders for a beer garden, a market or a marquee. Lamps are sold separately, so you pick the look. Delivered free from the first euro.

Q: Are lamps included?
A: No. The harness is supplied without lamps so you can choose the type and colour. The photos show lamps fitted to illustrate the finished look.

Q: What else do I need to power it?
A: The Evolamp 3M festoon mains lead, which plugs into the first harness. Further harnesses connect end to end, up to 100 metres in total.

Q: What is the largest lamp I can use?
A: Up to 15W per lamp, though LED lamps of 1W to 2W are all most displays need.

Q: B22 or E27?
A: B22 is the bayonet push and twist cap, E27 is the larger screw cap. Choose the harness to match the lamps you want, or the lamps to match a harness you already have.

Q: Can they be used outdoors?
A: These sets are rated IP44, so they cope with rain and splashing water. Keep the plug, transformer and any couplers off the ground and dry, ideally in a DRiBOX weatherproof connection box, and power them from an outdoor rated socket rather than a lead run through a window.
