The workhorse festoon lamp: a 1W LED in a plastic PVC golf ball, in white or bright colours, on a B22 bayonet or E27 screw cap. At 1W each, a full 20 lamp harness draws just 20W. Sold in packs of 10 or 20 to suit the 20 holders on a 10 metre Evolamp harness, and delivered free from the first euro.

A: They are rated at 15,000 hours to 70 percent output.
