A cluster garland packs 720 LEDs into 10 metres, so instead of a line of separate points you get a dense rope of light. It is the set that makes a bannister, a doorway arch, a mantel or a small tree look finished rather than sparse, and it is the one people notice from the road.

Four whites and a colour

Warm white is the standard. Extra warm white is deeper and more golden, closer to candlelight, and sits beautifully indoors on a bannister or a mantel. Cool white is crisp and modern against grey render or a dark door. Multicolour is the family choice for a tree.

Wrapped down a bannister, along a porch beam, around a door frame or through a small tree. Because the LEDs sit so close together the garland reads as a continuous line of light rather than dots, which is why it photographs well and why it works indoors where an ordinary string looks thin.

A: Density. A 10 metre string might carry 100 LEDs, this carries 720 in the same length. The wire is bunched so the light reads as a rope rather than a row of separate points.

Q: What is extra warm white?
A: A deeper, more golden tone than standard warm white, close to candlelight. Indoors on a bannister or a mantel it looks considerably richer. Outdoors against render the difference is subtler.

Q: How many can I join?
