OP-TIPWF01 is a Wi-Fi plug-in time switch, 230 V, white, designed to be plugged into a standard 3 pin socket (BS1363, the type used in Ireland) and can be remotely programmed via the user's home Wi-Fi hub and a smartphone App. It is programmable for either 24 hour or 7 day operation and can be manually overridden with a button on the timer or remotely using the App. The switched status can be viewed via the App and changed as required whether within Wi-Fi range or not, as long as your phone has a data signal.
Additional Wi-Fi switches can be added to the system and controlled individually of each other. A standard Wi-Fi router has a capacity for fewer than 15 devices. The devices can be grouped and work with either Amazon Alexa or Google Home. Dimensions of the timer are 130mm (h) x 68.5mm (w) x 42mm (d), and the weight is 267g.

You can also order for collection from our shop in Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin, usually ready in 2 to 4 days.
Q: Do I need an electrician to install it?
A: No. It plugs straight into a standard 3 pin socket and the appliance plugs into it. There is no wiring involved, so it is ready to use in minutes.
Q: What can I control with it?
A: Anything with a standard plug, such as lamps, portable heaters, fans or dehumidifiers. You can set 24 hour or 7 day schedules from the smartphone app, and override it manually with the button on the timer or remotely from your phone.
Q: Does it keep working if my WiFi goes down?
A: Yes. Schedules are stored on the timer itself, so your set on and off times keep running even if broadband drops. You only need WiFi to change settings or switch it from your phone while away.
Q: Can I add more switches later?
A: Yes. Additional WiFi switches can be added to the same app and controlled individually, so you can build up control of several appliances room by room.
