7W LED Emergency Bulb Rechargeable Backup Light

A power cut should not leave you hunting for a torch. This 7W LED emergency bulb screws or clips into a standard light fitting and works like an ordinary bulb, charging quietly in the background any time the mains is on. When the power drops it runs on its own built in battery and keeps the room lit. There is nothing to wire and nothing to mount.

Which Cap Do I Need

• E27 Edison screw has a threaded spiral base that you twist into the fitting, with a single contact at the tip.
• B22 bayonet cap has a smooth base with two small pins on opposite sides that you push in and twist to lock, with two contacts on the bottom.
• If you are not sure, take the old bulb out and look at the base. A spiral thread is E27 and two side pins is B22.

It is a standby light for comfort and safe movement during an outage, and it is not a replacement for a certified emergency lighting system where one is required by regulation.
